Team & booking

Four people, one ground-floor practice on Hildesheimer Straße. You will meet the same therapist each time — continuity matters more to a child than a shorter waiting list.

Who you will meet

    Marlene Kuhnert

Practice owner · Bobath therapist for children

Physiotherapist since 2011. Bobath certification for children (BDH) in 2014, paediatric focus ever since. Marlene sees mainly babies and pre-school children and runs the initial assessments. She founded Purzelbaum in 2019 after eight years in a paediatric clinic.

Appointment request

Send us the essentials and we will call you back — Monday to Thursday usually the same day, on Friday by early afternoon. This form is not a booking and not for anything urgent.

Do you have a prescription?

This form asks for data about a child. Only a parent or guardian may complete it. We collect the minimum needed to arrange an appointment, keep it in the patient record for the ten years required by § 630f BGB, and use it for nothing else. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) and Art. 9 (2) (h) GDPR together with § 22 (1) no. 1 (b) BDSG. Children must never send their own details.

What to bring to the first appointment

  • The prescription from the paediatrician or specialist
  • Your child's insurance card
  • The yellow examination booklet (U-Heft) if you have it
  • Comfortable clothes or a change of clothes; children are treated in socks or barefoot
  • Any letters or reports from other doctors or therapists

Coming with a small child

  • Pram parking indoors

Six pram spaces in the entrance hall, out of the rain. Take the rain cover off before you come in — the hall gets slippery.

  • Changing table

In the accessible toilet, with wipes and nappies in two sizes if you have run out.

  • Step-free entrance

Ground floor, no steps from the pavement, doors wide enough for a wheelchair or a double buggy.

  • Feeding corner

A quiet armchair with a curtain next to the waiting area. Use it whenever you need it; nobody will ask.

  • Play corner

In sight of the treatment room, so a sibling can be watched from where you are sitting.

  • Parking

Two marked spaces in the courtyard, plus free on-street parking on Bothmerstraße. Stadtbahn lines 1, 2 and 8 stop at Altenbekener Damm, four minutes' walk.
